- Don’t miss Santa’s grand arrival on November 19th at his huge party at Central City. The festivities kick off with a pancake breakfast at 9:00am followed by Santa’s special arrival at 11:00am. The pancake breakfast is by donation with proceeds going to the North Surrey Lions Hamper Project for the Surrey Christmas Bureau’s Adopt-a-family program. Come out and join the fun with face painters, balloon twisters, holiday arts and crafts, story-telling, Christmas carols, surprises and more!
The Party takes place between The Brick and Tim Hortons between 9:00am – 1:00pm
