Do you know any budding film makers between the ages of 14 and 18?

To build recognition of the 2012 Anti-Bullying Day, Surrey RCMP, CUPE Local 402 and the City of Surrey have organized the Stop Bullying Film Contest for the youth of Surrey.  Youth between the ages of 14 and 18 are encouraged to produce and submit a 30 second or 60 second video focused on how or why we must put an end to bullying at school, at home or in the workplace.

Prizes will be awarded for the best 3 films in the following categories:

  • Junior Students: ages 14 to 15
  • Senior Students: ages 16 to 18

Films are to be submitted by Monday, February 6, 2012.  The best film in each category will be shown on Shaw TV on Anti-Bullying Day, February 29th, 2012.
