The Community Enhancement Partnership Program (CEPP) provides grants to support projects and activities that that beautify and celebrate our neighbourhoods. Residents and groups can apply for a grant to plan, organize and implement small projects, activities and celebrations as a way to improve the appearance of their community.
The applicants match the City of Surrey grant with an equal valued contribution of volunteer time, donated materials, services, and/or cash.
