Halloween is fast approaching and Central City is sure to have a lot of little ghosts and goblins looking for treats!
Trick or Treating will take place on Thursday, October 31st from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Customer Service will be handing out treats. See stores with signs for participating tenants.
