Big Rigs for Kids

Prospera’s Big Rigs for Kids is back for the fifth year! Big Rigs for Kids, more commonly known as the Lighted Truck Parade, will be illuminating the streets of Surrey on Sunday, December 7th from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

The Parade of Lights will consist of trucks all dressed up in bright and colourful Christmas lights. Starting from Cloverdale Town Centre at
5:00 pm, the convoy will then move towards Downtown Surrey. The lighted  trucks will then park along Old Yale Road – north of Holland Park and everyone will have a chance to see them up close. It’s a great opportunity to have your picture taken in front of the trucks with thousands of lights.

The Surrey Food Bank and Surrey Christmas Bureau will be on site starting at 5:30pm. The North Surrey Lions Club will also be selling hot
dogs and hot chocolate. Carollers will be singing Christmas carols later in the evening.

Come out to take pictures and vote for your favourite truck by donation. The vehicle with the most votes will also win a trophy!

All proceeds will go towards the Surrey Food Bank and the Surrey Christmas Bureau.

On December 7th, be sure to bring your family and friends Holland Park  to enjoy this wonderful festive event.
