Eat Play Live Well Street Fair

Come out and meet your neighbourhood heroes at Eat Play Live Well Street Fair, at Phoenix Centre on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 11am-4pm.

Eat Play Live Well is an exciting and free festival brought to you by Phoenix Society in association with the Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association. This year’s event will be the 4th Annual Eat Play Live Well, an all-ages event educating attendees about healthy eating and healthy living.

This year’s event will also be focused on emergency and disaster preparedness. Due to the nature of emergencies, nobody can predict when they will happen or the magnitude of the situation. Unfortunately, many people are not prepared to deal with these situations. Many first responders will be attending Eat Play Live Well to educate the community about what actions they can take in different types of emergencies.

It’s not all about education –  the community can look forward to fun filled activities for the entire family to enjoy. With bouncy castles, facepainting, crafts, balloon twisters and two performance stages, there will be no shortage of entertainment for everybody. A few musical groups attendees can look forward to are the bands Driftaway and R&R. The highly acclaimed Urban Safari entertainment group will be returning again this year.

Phoenix Centre is located at 13686 94 A Avenue, south of Surrey Memorial Hospital. Free parking is available at Queen Elizabeth Secondary School.

Those looking forward to Eat Play Live Well can expect both an exciting and educational day. Don’t miss this perfect opportunity to bring friends and family together and enjoy great entertainment, delicious food and fun-filled activities in the summer weather.

Date & Time: July 10, from 11am to 4pm
