Digital Pin Stop Map

Similar to a scavenger hunt, the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop is an unique way to discover businesses, all while collecting little treasures along the way. Start your adventure by visiting the DSBIA website on July 1st for the map with all the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop locations. This project ends August 31, 2017.

Each business on the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop will have a different limited edition Canada 150 pin for you to add to your collection. No two pins will be the same as each pin will be unique to the business. Once you get your pin, don’t rush away; stay awhile. Along with a pin to collect, learn about the Canadian history connection at each stop. Downtown Surrey is a fast growing area with rich heritage just waiting to be explored. With every twist and turn on the Downtown Surrey Pin Stop map, there is a new story to unfold.

Once your pin collection starts to grow, come to the DSBIA office to get your limited edition Downtown Surrey Pin Stop Canada 150 Lanyard. Use the lanyard as a way to display all the pins you’ve collected so far. Just remember to bring in at least five of your pins to get your lanyard started. The DSBIA is open Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm.

This year’s list of Pin Stops will include the DSBIA, SFU Surrey, Canadian Tourism College, Bozzini’s, Save-On-Foods, Dan the Man, and many more. Its never too late to join in on the party. The Downtown Surrey Pin Stop is always looking for more participating local businesses. Please contact Melissa at melissa@downtownsurreybia.com to get involved.

This is the perfect way to learn more about the place you already love, or discover one that is completely new. The Pin Stop will begin on Canada’s 150th birthday, July 1st, and end last week of August.
