This Halloween The Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association will be handing out FREE Craft Bags at Central City Shopping Centre.
We will be there from 11am – 4pm on October 31st.
The craft bags will include:
- 3 Halloween-Themed crafts
- Coupons to restaurants in Downtown Surrey
Not only should you come to get some free crafts, but also so your children can show off their costumes! We’re so excited to see everyone dressed up and get in the Halloween spirit, so be sure to come and join in on the fun!
