Art-ing and Craft-ing at Surrey’s Fusion Festival

Surrey’s Fusion Festival is here!  And the Downtown Surrey BIA is headed there with a boxful of crafts and a bag full of fun.  Join us for a day of fusion-inspired activities, events and entertainment.

Surrey Fusion Festival 2010 will be Surrey’s largest two-day multicultural celebration with more than 25 international pavilions celebrating music, food and culture. Watch headline performances on three stages: World Music Stage, Celebration Stage and Cultural Community Stage, all taking place in Central City’s beautiful urban park.

So far, confirmed headliners for Saturday include Arrested Development and Brasstronaut, and headliners for Sunday include Lehmber Hussainpuri and Grapes of Wrath‘s original line up.

Fusion Festival runs July 17th and 18th, 2010 at Surrey’s magnificent Holland Park located at King George Boulevard and Old Yale Road.  This is the largest multicultural event in Surrey’s history! More than 60,000 people attended this FREE outdoor festival in 2009 and we are expecting 70,000 in 2010.

Visit the Fusion Festival website for more information.
