Enter the Gingerbread Village Showdown today!
Downtown Surrey’s sweetest tradition is back! The Gingerbread Village Showdown invites local businesses, schools, and community groups to get creative and compete in this year’s theme: My Favourite Movie.
From whimsical classics to modern hits, each entry will bring cinematic magic to life — all crafted in gingerbread! Visitors will explore the display at Central City from November 29 to December 7, and cast their votes for their favourite creations.
Every vote makes a difference — all proceeds go directly to the Surrey Food Bank, helping local families during the holiday season.
And that’s not all! This year’s event will feature a special celebrity judge — a Food Network competition champion — ready to crown the ultimate Gingerbread Star.
